Commonwealth
The Commonwealth of Nations is an association of 53 independent sovereign states. It evolved from the British Empire so the members are former British colonies. Mozambique is an exception being a member of the Commonweath not previously ruled by Britain. The United Kingdom is an equal member of the commonwealth with no rights above other members.
