English Food and Drink
England used to be derided for its food. In fact what was going on was that our hospitality industry was poor and the food available in hotels and restaurants used to be pretty woeful. However in homes across the land some classic and deliious regional cooking survived despite the bad rep and and now that the restaurants have caught up with (and in so many cases overtaken)home cooking, England is at the epicentre of a global foodie renascence.
