Lincolnshire

map of Lincolnshire

Lincolnshire is a largely flat east Anglian county. Lincoln cathedral gets many pilgrims, although Batemans Brewery visitors generally say they have more fun.

Licolnshire has a number of contrasting landscapes to offer visitors. In the south, the flat fenlands are an ancient habitat where bird watchers cannot fail to delight.

In the east the lincolnshire vales are a landscape of beautiful rolling country dotted with chocolate box villages.

To the east, the Lincolnshire wolds offer some of the prettiest village to village walks in the east of England.
